- An undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years related banking operations experience
- A minimum of 2 years ACH operations support experience
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Accredited ACH professional (AAP) designation preferred
- Strong working knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations
- Excellent accounting and reconcilement skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a high level of customer focus and motivation
- A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills with demonstrated technical, analytical and project management skills
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel
