An undergraduate degree in a related field. A master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years related BSA/AML and KYC experience in progressively more complex roles
A minimum of 10 years bank experience with exposure to one or more of the following areas: Payments, Leasing, Institutional Banking, Real Estate Capital Markets, etc.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with business lines on regulatory matters
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred
Extensive working knowledge of AML, BSA, KYC
Ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent follow up skills with great attention to detail
A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Up to 40% travel required
