  • Business Intelligence and Reporting Developer

  • Overview

    Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions. Craft and execute queries upon request for data.  Present information through reports and visualization.



    1. Design, develop and maintain business intelligence data for the FCRM division.
    2. Prepare and present monthly reports for senior leadership and the board.
    3. Update daily workforce task management reports to understand upcoming spikes in workloads and monitor forecast events.
    4. Translate business requirements into reports.
    5. Build reports to assist with automating processes for FCRM. Develop and execute queries as needed.
    6. Develop and maintain close partnerships between the business and IT development to identify and optimize system processes to obtain reports and information.
    7. Analyze alerted data through BSA/AML and fraud monitoring rules to further optimize efficiency and reduce false positives and noise.
    8. Build dashboards for ad-hoc analyses, studies and ongoing operational decisions.
    9. Perform other related duties as assigned.



    • An undergraduate degree
    • A minimum of 3- 5 years related analytical and systems process experience, demonstrating advanced skills with Business Objects, Tableau, SQL, SSRS, SAS, Java programming, QuickBase, Microsoft Excel (macros) or related data applications.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years banking and/or BSA/AML experience preferred
    • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred

     Other Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of Financial Crimes regulatory and risk environments
    • Strong statistical background
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
