AVP Remediation & Training Management

Job Location US-SD-Sioux Falls
Regular Full-Time


Assist in managing the Bank’s execution of Remediation Projects to ensure in instances of non-compliance, corrective action steps are adhered, validated and where applicable restitution payments processed.  Lead and assist the Director in overseeing the Bank’s Third-Party training program to ensure responsibilities delegate to third parties are performed in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.


Essential Functions   

  1. Manages and executes remedial projects and planning.
  2. Assists Director in Exam Management deliverables.
  3. Facilitates Service provider sessions, training and meetings.
  4. Creates and delivers reporting to Leadership and Committees as required.
  5. Plans, organizes, and prioritizes departmental deliverables and workload.
  6. Provides guidance to business lines and partners on regulatory matters. 
  7. Act as the subject matter expert in rules, regulations and supervisory guidance as it relates to the Payment Solutions Group.
  8. Determines the impact of regulatory changes and industry trends on company operations, processes and procedures, and recommend changes as needed.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.


Education/Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 5 years bank regulatory compliance or audit experience.

Preferred Requirements  

  • Very strong working knowledge of consumer banking laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Project Management
