The Pathways Development Program – FCRM Advisory is a comprehensive career program designed to provide a recent graduate with progressively challenging work assignments within the FCRM Advisory department.

Skills You Will Develop:

  • Proficiency with AML/BSA regulatory requirements for fintech and retail banking activities, products and services
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations to products in the banking and payment space
  • Drafting, management, and implementation of internal bank policies governing AML and sanctions
  • Exposure to a variety of neo-bank and fintech products and services
  • Project management and executive reporting

 Your Day to Day:

  • Management and tracking of various FCRM Advisory tasks and initiatives
  • Collaborate with FCRM Planning and Operations to ensure the BSA/AML program operates effectively and continues to comply with industry regulations and expectations
  • Provide general supervisory support for FCRM Advisory and Planning and Operations teams
  • Experience developing, auditing, and monitoring compliance of BSA/AML and sanctions requirements
  • Understanding of relevant banking regulations and supervisory expectations for large financial institutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Supporting operational teams responsible for BSA/AML program execution activities
  • Drafting and editing BSA/AML reference materials; support the various electronic record-keeping logs; participate in BSA/AML training programs

Qualifications

Your Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Government, or similar field. Masters or JD degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5
  • A letter of recommendation from a professor or supervisor.
  • 1-3 years of prior professional experience or equivalent (i.e., internships)
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills when interacting with clients, colleagues, and business unit partners.
  • Ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Candidates should be able to create and use PivotTables, utilize the VLOOKUP function, create graphs and charts, etc., in Excel. In addition, candidates should be able to utilize PowerPoint to create presentations complete with analytical charts and graphics.
  • Must be a driven and flexible team player with a positive attitude and willingness to step in and provide support as needed.
