The Relationship Managers for our Fintech Solutions Group are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact between The Bancorp and its clients as well as the internal departments within the bank. As that primary point of contact they are an integral part of a team-based approach to providing day to day client support. The Relationship Manager position is also responsible for monitoring key performance indicators for programs under their management and works collaboratively with clients to help identify growth opportunities.
