About The Role

The AVP Payments Project Manager III will manage and implement highly complex projects within FinTech Solutions. One day you may provide leadership for medium to moderately large product implementations from conception to launch and the next support post implementation activities.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  1. Assist the FTS Portfolio Manager with departmental oversight responsibilities such as resource management, mentoring project managers and evolving the FTS Product Management practices.
  2. Drive progress on organizational initiatives in addition to assigned projects. Organizational initiatives may include process enhancements, workflow optimization and/or other improvement activities.
  3. Provide direction to new partners regarding the Bank’s policies and guidelines. Ensures program implementation and compliance with governing entity rules and regulations.
  4. Present and distribute project status, activity reports and schedules to management, and external stakeholders.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Skills Needed for Success

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, information technology or a related field.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated oversight as a Project Manager in banking or 10+ years of demonstrated management of multiple complex projects/portfolios.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management principals and techniques.
