The Product Quality Testing Analyst will implement and execute test cases to ensure quality and functionality of various programs.  This role will be depended upon to identify testable attributes for new and existing products.  QA analysts handle issues from identification through remediation by working with appropriate business and/or technology partners. This role will include frequent communication and interaction with other members of management across the Fintech Solutions division, enterprise control functions management and personnel for partners and third-party services providers.


Essential Functions

  1. Develop and implement test plans for various programs.
  2. Works closely with the project and product teams on the implementation of new reviews.
  3. Conducts testing to ensure programs perform according to the requirements documented within the established guidelines.
  4. Identifies, logs, and communicates potential issues.
  5. Reports defects and recommend solutions/improvements while overseeing the remedial effort.
  6. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail and organization.
  7. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  8. Ability to simultaneously prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.


Education/Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a banking-related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Three years banking experience in Quality Assurance related testing.

 Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in quality testing and/or auditing at a financial institution.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of databases and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
