Overview

Provides operational support within the Human Resources department and is a subject matter expert of the HRIS system.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Develops, configures, and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ADP Workforce Now, to meet ongoing business needs to support workforce analytics. May be included in evaluating and selecting additional HRIS software and/or enhancements with external vendors. 
  2. Independently generates and designs ad hoc and standard reports for all HR functions and acts as the subject matter expert of the HRIS system. Provides necessary system, table and workflow set up support and troubleshoots and manages issues.
  3. Ensures all reports are accurately processed and secures all confidential information following data privacy and security standards and protocols.
  4. Supports key HR annual processes: performance management, year-end close, merit, etc. Performs research and assess HR activities to recommend enhancements to policies, procedures, and processes.
  5. Assists and provides back up support in day-to-day compensation administration activities. Works with HR Business Partners to ensure job description process conforms to Department of Labor and organization standards.
  6. Supports Director Chief of Staff, Human Resources in HR procedure documentation, internal audits, annual compensation planning and data auditing through reporting.
  7. Initiates all DocuSign requests on behalf of the Human Resources department.
  8. Assist the Chief of Staff in managing the process to assure that the organization is compliant in the posting of physical and electronic labor law posters.
  9. Provides Payroll support as the Payroll Processing backup and review/approve Payroll actions.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Three years’ experience in HRIS or Human Resources

Preferred Requirements

  • ADP Workforce Now experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Knowledge of all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
