Overview

Speaking with customers, scheduling appointments, manage work in-progress, inventory control, issue PO numbers, scanning, update system of record, quality control, wholesale transactions, customer follow up.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Responsibilities include speaking with lease customers, setting appointments, monitor and follow up with staff.
  2. Processes vehicle data regarding new or off lease vehicles into inventory system of record.
  3. Issue PO numbers for the authorization of PM service repairs through our network of outside vendors.
  4. Review vendor’s final invoice for accuracy, code accordingly and submit payment request to AP Department.
  5. Process wholesale purchase transactions to new car and used car dealers.
  6. Assist AVP Asset Sales Manager in preparing end of lease purchase transactions. Checks for accuracy in the application, monitor status and ensures that all information is complete.
  7. Assist in daily operations as related to new/used vehicle receiving, delivery procedures and inventory control.
  8. Assist with pre-delivery inspection on new car arrivals and create files listing any issues that may need.
  9. Assist with vehicle inspections on off lease vehicle returns noting mileage, options, interior & exterior damages.
  10. Engages in developmental activities and stay informed on industry news related to products and service.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Two-year associates degree with experience in the automotive industry.
  • High school diploma with combination of auto training and one year experience in the automotive industry.
  • Three years related experience in Auto Leasing Industry, Rental Car Industry or Automotive Dealership

Preferred Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle manufacturers and models, vehicle inspections, repairs and maintenance protocols.
  • Excellent verbal, written, typing and interpersonal communication skills with clear friendly phone voice.
  • Team player able to work effectively and multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to handle high-volume incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in open environment under extreme temperatures
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs occasionally
