Overview

This role falls within the Leasing Asset Operations team which works together to propose solutions and improve processes across
the leasing life cycle. Supports all activities, e.g., inventory, tag and title, and disposals for the sales and fleet operations teams.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Maintains monthly, and quarterly reports related to lease expiration, vehicle order list, and current inventory.
  2. Calculates lease payoffs based on Company guidelines and processes lease end final settlement including gain/loss on sale.
  3. Ensures accuracy and completeness of documentation and leasing administrative operations.
  4. Assists with responding to elevated employee and manager calls, including answering questions, resolving issues, explaining process and rules governing lease assets.
  5. Compiles a variety of operational reports on departmental activities to assist in identifying trends and issues, recommends solutions to address, or enhance operations, and provides status and report updates.
  6. Develops close working relationships with The Bancorp internally along with external third-party providers and direct merchants. Initiates and maintains outside relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service in accordance with applicable processes, procedures, and standards.
  7. Acts as a liaison and single point of contact with the sales team to ensure that sales disposals are handled accurately and on time by the team. May follow up with the sales team on issues associated with their clients.
  8. Processes all required documents for Customer lease end purchases.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Three years experience in a professional setting.

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous auto dealership or fleet management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player, able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
  • Basic accounting experience.
