Overview

***This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the U.S.A.***

 

Manages technical solutions for the business through oversight of an application or set of applications, products, and services through every stage of development and operational implementation. Operationalizes, manages, and implements activities including developing program materials and managing features and functions of the application(s), and building strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Needs some basic programing skills as well as SQL. Must have good problem-solving skills and be able to listen to a current issue and turn it into a solution.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

 

  1. Manages the implementation and operation of technical solutions, products, programs, and services. Acts as the business lead for the project with the vendor, affinity partners, and internal teams as needed.
  2. Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of the organization and proposes solutions involving new processes or systems that are efficient and are within the bank's security and compliance protocols.
  3. Participates with line of business and teams to assess new proposed products or services to ensure they fit with IT standards and requirements.
  4. Manages application implementation in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory rules and regulations. Works closely with the Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure program meets all banking and associated process audit and control standards and practices.
  5. Presents status updates to leadership on a regular basis. Identifies issues affecting project timeline, makes recommendations as appropriate and ensures communications and meetings with all relevant parties are conducted to update internal and external partners on progress, obtains sponsorship and input, and addresses questions and/or issues.
  6. Manages the vendor relationship on an ongoing basis. Schedules regular calls and meetings to discuss program metrics and operations. Makes recommendations to improve application operational efficiency, enhances program usage and increases understanding of the program.
  7. Designs, develops, and delivers training and presentations to internal users. Presentations may include high level benefits with targeted audiences and/or hands-on end user systems training to teach internal partners on product and program self-service functionality and reporting.
  8. Acts as the application(s) subject matter expert for internal users such as Institutional Banking, Small Business Lending, Leasing, and other lines of business or departments as needed.
  9. Resolves escalated application issues covering a variety of concerns such as cybersecurity, business usage, fraud and risk/compliance issues and user confusion about the application(s) and associated processes.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements


• An undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years related experience in IT and business
• A minimum of 3 years project/program management experience either leading major projects or parts of large-scale           projects with demonstrated client facing and/or consensus building skills.

• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with coding and SQL
• A self-starter who can own short- and long-term task(s) and follow through on broad projects and assignments.
• A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to support multiple initiatives with varying timelines, goals, and focuses.
• Ability to interface with all areas of the institution and at all levels.

Salary Range:$63,396 - $108,939
