The Controls Testing Analyst role is a key member of the Business Risk and Controls team within the Fintech Solutions division, supporting the day-to-day business and operational risk management activities across the division. The analyst implements and executes internal testing cycles to confirm control effectiveness and identifies testable attributes for new and existing controls.
This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of Fintech Solutions control testing activities, including test planning, stakeholder notification, walkthrough coordination, evidence review, testing documentation, results communication, issue identification, and remediation follow-up. The position carries high visibility and requires frequent communication with mid-level and senior management across the Fintech Solutions division.
